Hello, I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Talladega, Al. I provide online mental health services for adults throughout the state of Alabama. I have almost 19 years of experience working with individuals, families, and groups with 15 years of experience helping those who are dealing with anxiety, grief, depression, and caregiver stress.
My passion has always been to help adults understand that they have a purpose and that they deserve happiness in every stage of their life.
My goal is to help people find their reason to keep going as they face life's daily struggles.
